By booking an assessment, enrolling a student or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Our Services

Tip Top Teaching provides high-quality English and Mathematics tuition for students from Reception through to GCSE.

Our services may include:

• Free initial assessments
• Small group tuition
• Individual tuition
• Holiday tuition
• Online tuition (where available)
• Educational advice and progress reviews

We continually review our services and reserve the right to make reasonable changes where necessary.

4. Free Assessments

Our free assessment is designed to identify a student’s current level of attainment and help us recommend the most appropriate programme of study.

Assessment outcomes are based upon the student’s performance on the day and our professional judgement.

An assessment does not guarantee admission, future academic success or examination results.

5. Teaching

Lessons are delivered by suitably qualified, experienced and vetted teachers.

Whilst we are committed to helping every student achieve their full potential, education is influenced by many factors beyond our control, including attendance, effort, independent study and support at home.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee examination grades, school placements or specific academic outcomes.

6. Fees and Payment

Current tuition fees are published on our website or provided during enrolment.

Fees must be paid using one of our approved payment methods.

Failure to make payment may result in tuition being suspended until outstanding balances have been cleared.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).

7. Lesson Attendance

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring students attend lessons on time.

Late arrival may reduce the teaching time available.

If a student is unable to attend, we ask that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Missed Lessons and Cancellations

Where sufficient notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to rearrange a lesson, subject to teacher availability.

Lessons missed without reasonable notice may be charged in full.

If Tip Top Teaching cancels a lesson, we will arrange an alternative lesson or provide an appropriate credit where applicable.

9. Student Behaviour

We aim to provide a safe, respectful and positive learning environment for all students.

Students are expected to:

• behave respectfully towards teachers, staff and fellow students;
• follow reasonable instructions;
• treat equipment and learning resources with care.

Where behaviour is repeatedly disruptive, abusive or unsafe, we reserve the right to suspend or withdraw tuition.

Where appropriate, parents will be consulted before such action is taken.

10. Online Lessons

Where lessons are delivered online:

• students should join promptly using a suitable device;
• a stable internet connection is required;
• students should work in a quiet environment free from unnecessary distractions;
• parents remain responsible for supervising younger children where appropriate;
• lessons must not be recorded without our prior written consent.

11. Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of every student is our highest priority.

All teachers and staff are expected to follow our Safeguarding Policy.

Where we believe a safeguarding concern exists, we may share relevant information with appropriate agencies or authorities in accordance with our legal responsibilities.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By enrolling with Tip Top Teaching, you acknowledge that we will collect and process personal information necessary to provide our educational services.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all lesson materials, worksheets, assessments, reports, teaching resources, branding and website content remain the property of Tip Top Teaching Limited.

These materials are provided solely for the educational use of enrolled students and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared or used commercially without our prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services using reasonable care, skill and professional judgement.

However, Tip Top Teaching cannot accept responsibility for:

• examination results;
• school admissions;
• academic performance;
• indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under English law.

We are committed to providing an excellent experience for every family.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance so we can investigate the matter fairly and promptly.
